Corporate

Please provide the following requirements to opening an account:

1. UAE Nationals
	Investor Number in the markets (Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market).
	Filled up account opening application
	Address of the investor (mailbox, mobile, telephone, fax, e-mail, city, country, or any other address the investor wishes to add).
	Copy of valid passport and family book.
	In the case of a representative (agent), copy of the power of attorney duly authenticated by notary , in addition to the copy of the agent passport.

2. Non-UAE Nationals
	Investor Number in the markets (Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market).
	Filled up account opening application
	Address of the investor (mailbox, mobile, telephone, fax, e-mail, city, country, or any other address the investor wishes to add).
	Copy of valid passport, valid visa, valid ID government issued (e.g. Driving License or Emirates Identity Authority).
	In the case of a representative (agent), copy of the power of attorney duly authenticated by notary , in addition to the copy of the agent passport.

	Letter to the Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market to apply for an investor number (in case not available)
	Investor Number in the markets (Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market).
	Filled up account opening application
	Address of the company (mailbox, mobile, telephone, fax, e-mail, city, country, or any other address the investor wishes to add).
	Copies of valid trade license, Municipality and Chamber of Commerce
	Copy of the contract of company establishment.
	List of Board of Directors, partners, their nationalities and their powers.
	Letter listing the names of Authorized Signatories.
	Copy of passports and family books.
	Power of Attorney/Authorization from the company allowing to the person authorized to Sign.

2. Non-UAE Companies
	Letter to the Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market to apply for an investor number (in case not available)
	Investor Number in the markets (Dubai Financial Market or Abu Dhabi Securities Market).
	Filled up account opening application.
	The contract of company establishment.
	Address of the company (mailbox, mobile, telephone, fax, e-mail, city, country, or any other address the investor wishes to add).
	Copies of valid trade license, Municipality and Chamber of Commerce
	Copy of the contract of company establishment.
	List of Board of Directors, partners, their nationalities and their powers.
	Letter listing the names of Authorized Signatories.

	All documents submitted should be valid
	Please bring the original, to ensure the authenticity of documents.
	All documents issued outside the United Arab Emirates should be duly notarized by the following :
	1. Ministry of Exterior – UAE.
	2. Embassy of the United Arab Emirates - home country of company.
	3. Ministry of Exterior – home country of company.
